The Challenge:
How do you translate an iconic global music brand into a physical retail experience?
In a digital-first world, the challenge was to explore how an auditory brand maintains a physical footprint on the high street. This conceptual study focused on moving beyond disposable packaging to create a retail touchpoint that functions as a permanent brand landmark – bridging the gap between a fleeting purchase and a lasting, physical connection.
The Concept:
My creative approach was engineered to be bold, ensuring the brand’s club-culture energy and heritage were ‘baked in’ to the physical design. I focused on architecting a visual identity that felt like a premium, collectible, rather than just a functional carrier. By treating the product as a piece of ‘tactile storytelling’, the vision was to ensure the brand remains visible and relevant in the guest’s home long after the initial transaction, serving as a permanent, high-energy advertisement.
The Experience:
The result is a tactile brand extension that turns a simple purchase into a lasting chapter of the brand’s story. By creating a physical anchor, the emotional output is a sense of ‘brand belonging’ – giving the consumer a ‘piece of the club’ to keep. This project proved that through strategic product architecture, a brand can maintain a permanent, high-energy presence in a guest’s personal space.
